1. Room Properties
Consultants measure room and furniture dimensions, wall switch locations and functionality, interior shades, door sizes and locations and all other physical traits of the room.
2. Acoustical Properties
Consultants test the sound properties of the room. Reverberation is also measured throughout the room and surrounding areas, as well as acoustical properties in key areas. Noise entering the room through the door, windows and ventilation is measure at several frequencies.
3. Existing Systems and Installations
We inventory all equipment and perform a preventative maintenance and detailed functionality check of the audiovisual and computer systems in the room.
4. Lighting
Switches and controls are all checked for appropriate functionality and optimal control system interfacing. Lighting scenes and zones are documented and checked
with light levels tested at table height, head height and front of screen.
All of this information is then compiled by our consultants who then investigate findings and determine where the performance of the facility could be improved. Once completed, we provide a detailed report of our findings; The Conferencing Facility Audit. This report offers suggestions for changes and feedback on how your business is affected when issues are fixed or left and also which changes could be most beneficial to your business.
